Cedex Technologies LLP is a company by two Computer Science major students from College of Engineering, Trivandrum and is dedicated to creating software solutions for the web, on mobile and on cloud. The firm provides a platform for chatbots as well as voice bots under the name BotArtisanz. Their chatbots are deployed in the hotels and e-commerce sector. They also have a chatbot called the QuizMaster which is a quiz chatbot. This quiz chatbot is a part of FBStart which is Facebook’s initiative to help startups.

They can make product suggestions and guide customers throughout the process of purchasing products. It can bring all the messages on different platforms under one roof, saving a lot of time. Moreover, it also has features such as live chat and managing office hours. The company had raised an undisclosed amount of money from 500 Startups; Purvi Capital; Rajan Anandan (Vice President, Southeast Asia and India, Google) and Abhishek Gupta from TLabs, in 2017.

This Bangalore-based chatbot startup uses AI and NLP to provide a multilingual conversation platform for businesses. Apart from English, the bot also supports other Indian languages like Hindi, Kannada, Telugu, Malayalam, Marathi, Gujarati and Bangla. Its aim is to help businesses to reach out to the Indian native-speaking community. Their founders have majors in Mechanical and Electrical, Electronics and Telecommunications engineering and are from alumni of Cochin University of Science and Technology and Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham.
