Salesforce has announced the launch of two new autonomous AI sales agents: Einstein SDR Agent and Einstein Sales Coach Agent. Both tools will be generally available in October, aiming to enhance sales team productivity and efficiency through Salesforce’s Einstein 1 Agentforce Platform.
The Einstein SDR Agent autonomously engages with inbound leads, answering questions, handling objections, and scheduling meetings around the clock. It uses Salesforce CRM data and external information to provide accurate and personalised responses, allowing sales teams to focus on higher-value tasks.
“We are excited about the potential of humans with AI to scale and close deals faster with this groundbreaking AI innovation to close deals with greater velocity and value. By integrating AI agents that can generate high fidelity pipeline and provide personalised coaching, our reps will be able to focus on higher value deals and better prepare for them.” – Sam Allen, EVP & Chief Pipeline Officer, Salesforce
The Einstein Sales Coach Agent offers role-playing scenarios and feedback to sales representatives. It simulates buyer interactions, helping sellers practice pitches and negotiations using generative AI. This agent provides objective feedback and tracks performance metrics.
Accenture plans to leverage these agents to boost deal team effectiveness and manage more complex deals. “We are teaming with Salesforce to develop and optimize Einstein Sales Agents to improve deal team effectiveness, scale to support more deals, and allow our people to focus their time and effort on our most complex deals.” – Sara Porter, Global Sales Excellence Lead, Accenture.
The new AI agents can be set up using no-code actions and workflows, and Salesforce Data Cloud allows for further customisation by uploading relevant external information. Both agents also use the Einstein Trust Layer to ensure secure and trusted responses.
